Shannon Anderson brings more than 25 years of food retail experience and is one of the most accomplished private label leaders in the natural grocery industry. A graduate of Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business (summa cum laude). He spent a decade at Sprouts Farmers Market, where he led private label strategy and grew the program from $30 million to over $900 million in annual revenue, launching more than 1,000 products. He later served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Ice Box Foods, overseeing product development, sales, retailer relationships, and go-to-market strategy while launching more than 150 internationally sourced products across multiple retailers.
Fai Murphy, a graduate of Chulalongkorn University, brings more than two decades of experience living and working in the United States. Through her work with Thai manufacturers, helping expand her family’s freeze-dried fruit manufacturing business in the U.S., she understands the operational, cultural, and commercial challenges suppliers face when entering American retail markets. Her background in advertising adds expertise in consumer behavior, product positioning, and strategic communication.
